User manual:

• Position overdoor bracket and pulley assembly on top edge of door
• Thread cord through both pulleys. Secure traction cord closest to door to water weight bag with “S” hook. Secure the other end of the cord furthest from the door directly through the center of the spreader bar
• Assemble head halter. Place metal rings or cord loops on head halter in recommended notches of spreader bar while sitting straight in chair
• Place amount of water as prescribed by doctor into calibrated water bag
• With label panel facing upward, slip halter onto head. Chin rests on lower panel
• WARNING: Consult your physician before using this device. Depending on the type of traction prescribed (flexion or extension), patient should sit either facing or away from door
